Until the recent development of the 'Advance Care Yarning' app, there has been a distinct lack of culturally sensitive End of Life resources available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We wish to impress upon our leaders the importance of early, culturally sensitive education for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples concerning dealing with End of Life among friends and family members, in the all too common setting of life-limiting chronic disease in these communities.
