This comment comes from the ngo sector. We need sustainable funding commitment from govt that is longer than 12months. It is extremely difficult to attract an retain a rural workforce under these circumstances let alone make an impact on the complex health issues. We must have at least a 3-5 year commitment through PHNs to the sector.
