Dress to enjoy a relaxed and social evening with colleagues. Think polished, comfortable and stylish attire that’s a little more elevated than smart casual, while still allowing you to enjoy the music, dancing and celebrations.

Qigong Session:

When: 7.00 – 7.45am – Tuesday 15 September 2026

Where: Adelaide Convention Centre – Foyer E

Start your day with a calming and energising Qigong session led by Sarah Divine. This gentle movement practice combines flowing movements, breathwork and mindfulness to help restore balance, reduce stress and promote a sense of wellbeing.

Suitable for all experience levels, this session offers the perfect opportunity to pause, reconnect and recharge before the day’s conference activities begin. Come along, take a moment for yourself, and experience the benefits of mindful movement.

No previous Qigong experience or special flexibility is required. Movements can be adapted for standing or seated practice, making the session suitable for a wide range of ages, abilities and bodies. Wear comfortable clothing and come as you are.


Sarah Divine
is an Adelaide-based Senior Instructor and Assistant Academic Director with White Tiger Qigong. She holds a Master of Sport and Exercise Science, with postgraduate research exploring Qigong movement, kinetic chains and interoceptive awareness. Sarah began practising Qigong in 2010 and has trained and assisted intensively in White Tiger Qigong since 2016. Her teaching brings together traditional movement, breath and meditation practices with contemporary exercise science, making Qigong accessible to people of varied ages, abilities and health backgrounds. Her work is driven by a desire to help people reconnect with their bodies as a source of information, resilience and vitality, and to develop practical tools that support greater ease, self-regulation and wellbeing.

Affirmation Cards – “Messages of Wellbeing”

When: all day – Monday 14 to Wednesday 16 September 2026

Where: Adelaide Convention Centre – Exhibition Hall H

A calming, reflective creative activation where you can pause, slow down and engage in mindful art-making using watercolour and felt-tip illustration techniques.

You will create your own affirmation or encouragement cards inspired by themes of mental health, wellbeing, gratitude and connection to nature. Cards can be kept personally or gifted to another delegate, colleague, friend or loved one as an act of kindness and connection.

This activation is designed to:

  • Encourage mindfulness and emotional wellbeing
  • Provide a restorative break from conference sessions
  • Foster reflection, creativity and positive connection
  • Highlight the importance of nature and creativity in supporting mental health

Laughter Session with Annie Harvey

When:  8.45am – Wednesday 16 September 2026

Where: Adelaide Convention Centre – Plenary Hall CD

A guided laughter and wellbeing session designed to lift energy, foster connection and welcome the final day of the conference on a positive note.

Annie Harvey is a wellbeing educator, qualified laughter wellness facilitator and conference speaker who delivers energisers and mood-lifting conference sessions.

Up on Purpose

When:  8.15am – Tuesday 15 September 2026

Where: Adelaide Convention Centre – Plenary Hall CD

Experience an uplifting and energising plenary activation designed to bring delegates together through the powerful combination of mindfulness, movement and music.

Up on Purpose blends guided mindfulness, music and dance to create a positive shared experience that encourages connection, presence and wellbeing. This engaging session will invite participants to move, reset and recharge—leaving them feeling energised, inspired and connected with those around them.

Seated Massage

When: 10.00am – 3.00pm – Monday 14 to Wednesday 16 September 2026

Take a moment to relax, recharge and ease away the stresses of a busy conference schedule with our onsite seated massage service.

Two experienced massage therapists will be available throughout the conference, offering short, convenient seated massage sessions designed to help relieve tension, promote relaxation and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to continue your day.
