Registrations open for second Codeine Rescheduling Webinar

“What are my options since codeine was rescheduled?”  

ACRRM is working with the Rural Doctors Association of Australia (RDAA), CRANAplus, and the National Rural Health Alliance (NRHA) to ensure that rural doctors and other health practitioners can access relevant training and information on the rescheduling of codeine.

This webinar is an interactive question and answer session with a panel of rural health professionals including GPs, a pharmacist and a specialist in pain management. It will have a particular focus on options for the management of pain, and opiate replacement in chronic disease and palliative care patients

The webinar will be open to all health professionals and consumers, and will be of particular benefit to those with a rural and remote focus.

All questions are welcome, in particular around options for the management of pain in chronic disease and palliative care, and options for opiate replacement in these circumstances. To submit you question to the panel email ehealth@acrrm.org.au
